Control

The parts produced by JJD are strictly controlled, and the manufacturing process is controlled by a complete quality guide book. The initial inspection, patrol inspection, and final inspection of the products are supported by corresponding measuring tools and testing equipment.

KPI

We will track and review the key quality indicators (KPIs) of our products to identify key areas for improvement.

In order to provide a traceability requirement that meets customer requirements for products, all production plans of JJD are controlled through the system during the operation process.

At each process stage, products can be identified through electronic entries, and the system will generate a completed process card that provides full traceability.
