In the process of casting production, we have successfully implemented a variety of mature techniques. These include the refinement and gas content control of materials, pinpoint cooling of molds, temperature control and dynamic monitoring of temperature control machines, vacuum die casting, partial squeeze casting, low-speed laminar flow, and sand core die casting. These mature techniques ensure the high quality and efficiency of our casting production.

All parts produced by JJD are subject to stringent quality control. We manufacture according to a comprehensive Quality Instruction Manual, and each product undergoes initial, in-process, and final inspections supported by precise measuring tools and testing equipment, ensuring the highest product quality.

We place a strong emphasis on the use of Statistical Process Control (SPC), conducting continuous data tracking and analysis on our products to identify and optimize areas for improvement.

All production plans at JJD are overseen through our Quality Management System (QMS) during operations, satisfying the high standard requirements of our customers for product traceability.
